Who can help me make decisions about my pension?
EDF, the Trustee and their advisers, and the administrators of EDFG (Trafalgar House) cannot give you financial advice about your pension. If you need help, you may wish to speak to an independent financial advisor.
How do I find out more about the pension I have already built up in the Group?
Please refer to My Work Pension for details of your pension.
How do I find or update who I have nominated as my beneficiaries?
You can view and update your 'Nominated Beneficiaries' via My Work Pension.
As a pensioner or deferred member, how do I change my address, banking information or personal details?
You can update all this information on My Work Pension.
Where can I find out about pensions and taxation?
EDF, the Trustee and their advisers, and the administrators of EDFG (Trafalgar House) cannot give you taxation advice. You can find out more about taxation on the HMRC website. Annual Allowance Guides tailored to EDFG pension benefits are available on My Work Pension.
Who can help with a query I have about my EDFG pension?
If you have a question about your pension and you're unable to find the answer on My Work Pension, please contact Trafalgar House, the administrators via email, or telephone on 0203 985 3069.
What do I if I need to report the death of a member?
Please refer to the 'Guide for Loved Ones', which you can find in the document library.
How do I contact the Trustee?
Member queries should always be directed to the administrators, Trafalgar House in the first instance. In the event you do need to contact the Trustee, this can be done through the Fund Secretary by email (EDFG.fundsecretary@edfenergy.com) Please note, the Trustee nor the Fund Secretary have access to your individual pension records.
